First-Year Applicants

Required Documents

  • 6 recent photos of the student
  • Original Birth Certificate - electronic one or Original Passport (for non-Egyptians)
  • Copy of both Parents’ IDs
  • Parents’ Original Passport (for non-Egyptians)
  • Proof of Educational Qualification for both parents
  • For Transfers, After Acceptance
  • For FS2 & Year 1, Registration Statement approved by the Educational Administration
  • Statement of Success
  • (Year 1 – Year 7): For the previous academic year
  • (Year 8 – Year 11): For the previous academic years starting Year 6
  • 4 copies of the Transfer Application Form approved by both schools and educational administrations - (transferred from and to)
  • Electronic Transfer Request from the school of transfer approved by the Ministry of Education

Applicants are limited to a total of three applications for undergraduate admission, whether for first-year admission, transfer admission or a combination of both. If you have submitted fewer than three applications to Unipix, you may reapply.
